SRB was founded by Diane Ricciardelli in
2001 and is an acronym for Socially Responsible Business. After 18
years of working in technology, Diane noticed that given the correct
tools, technology can be affordable by many more companies than were
currently accessing the web.
Diane worked for Tufts
University for 16 years, holding many roles including Manager of
the computer facilities on campus & Manager of
Technology Communications. As the Program Director and Steering
Committee member (1996-1999) of ResNet
Symposium for Colleges throughout the United States, Diane
was instrumental in sharing information across schools (both private
and public) so that everyone could access current technologies to
manage their on-campus computer facilities. She also led the 2000
compliance project, leading 3 campuses and 7 schools to compliance
before the year 2000. Diane led the team of developers responsible
for putting Tufts on the WorldWideWeb - one of the first
Universities to have a web presence.
Following her tenure at Tufts, Diane joined Event Zero and helped
to grow the company from 20 to over 200 employees in just three
years, and with offices in four cities. Her roles included Project
Manager, Director of Training, and Director of Professional
Services. She then began work with smaller companies in need
of change and led the successful turnaround of an internet company
with offices in three major cities.
As the President of SRB, Diane works directly with clients to
ensure that the development teams have the information they
need to work efficiently and effectively, creating the best return
for clients.
She is the founder of the non-profit, The Giving
Camp, President-elect for the Somerville
Rotary Club, and has a B.A. from Tufts University.
